How to Prepare
Sift 2–3g of matcha into a pre-warmed tea bowl using a tea strainer. Gently pour in 80–85°C (176–185°F) hot water, then whisk briskly and evenly with a chasen (bamboo tea whisk). Using light wrist movements, whisk in a "W" motion to build a smooth froth, then finish with a single clockwise circular motion across the surface as you lift the whisk away.
