HOW TO ORDER
(1) Choose an item
On the Products Page, click the image of the item you are interested in. You will be able to read a detailed description of the item as well as see several high-quality images. Pass your cursor over each image to magnify and view it in stunning detail. Click Add to Cart to purchase.
The total cost of your purchases including shipping fees are shown on the confirmation page in JPY and USD (approx). If you are paying in a different currency, you can check the total cost on the final PayPal check out page, which will be shown at the exchange rate of that moment.
Note: You can pay with your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Confirm the correct items are in your cart, the number of items, and the total price. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT or CONTINUE SHOPPING.
If you would like us to send your purchase(s) as a gift(s), please check “This will be a Gift” box.
Enter your e-mail address and password, click SIGN IN.
If you wish to make a purchase without membership registration, simply click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, however, for ease of future shopping, we would encourage you to register. If you would like to become a member, click REGISTER.
Shipping Address Confirmation
Select and confirm a shipping address, then click Send to This Shipping Address or Add a New Shipping Address.
Enter the requested information and a shipping address, then click NEXT.
If you are ordering a gift, please check this box.

If you are ordering a gift, please make sure that the Gift-wrap this item box is checked, and choose gift wrapping and card patterns.

Confirm your order, the shipping address and the total amount including the shipping fee, then click NEXT.
If you are ordering a gift, please reconfirm both your order and the gift-wrapping price.
PayPal Check Out
Transferring to the PayPal checkout page may take a few seconds.

Please pay in advance using the global online payment service PayPal. Purchases by credit card can also be made easily and safely through PayPal. If you are paying in a currency other than Yen, you can check the final price in your local currency on the PayPal checkout page.

The order process is complete once you have checked out of the PayPal site.
(3) Delivering your purchase
Upon receiving your order we will email you an Order Receipt. After dispatching your purchase we will email Shipping Confirmation.
Note: In the event of your purchase not being immediately available for dispatch, we will email you an Estimated Shipping Date within 1-3 business days of sending your Order Receipt. We will email you Shipping Confirmation including a tracking number once your purchase has been dispatched.
Delivery within Japan
Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, under normal circumstances, your purchase will be delivered 1-2 days after you receive Shipping Confirmation. You can track the status of your order by entering the EMS tracking number on the carrier's website.

RETURN AND REFUND
Upon request from the customer, the return or exchange of a product will be accepted where any defect (i.e. malfunction or damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) is discovered as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost) within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided.
In cases where a product is returned due to any reason attributable to the customer, return of said product will be accepted only if it is unopened and unused, and is returned (at the customer’s expense) within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided.
When a product is returned, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded (Shipping fees will be deducted in cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer), but no interest will accrue with respect to the amount to be refunded by us.
Please promptly check the product(s) upon its/their arrival since we will not accept the return or exchange of any product(s) after the expiration of return period.
