Making Happy Lives through Healthiness

In order to make happy lives through healthiness, we take care of the health of our customers with a focus on health foods. In February 2014 we released a new product, "Olive Heart" extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil has long been known for its health benefits, and since 2007 we have been selling olive oil supplements in capsule form that allow our customers to easily work olive oil into their daily lives. Many of our customers told us that they would love for us to sell olive oil for cooking as well, but we struggled to find an olive oil that met our high standards. Suddenly, in November 2013, we came across "Olive Heart," a high quality olive oil that is great for your health. Our company employs several olive oil sommeliers, and one of them soon went over to Olive Heart's homeland of Spain to take part in what turned out to be a very surprising tasting. Our sommelier had tried all kinds of olive oil until that point, but had never experienced such a fresh, green, fragrant, and fruity oil as Olive Heart's. And it's great for your health, too! We soon knew that it was a product we wanted to introduce to our customers in Japan, and began selling it in February 2014. Oil is an absolutely essential source of nutrients: That's why we want you to choose the healthiest olive oil for your body. We presented our wish "to change every oil on the Japanese dinner table to olive oil" to Olive Heart.

The Olive Oil with Proven Health Benefits that You can Sprinkle on Anything

"Olive Heart" is a polyphenol-rich extra olive oil that's fresh and delicious enough to just add to your dishes as it is. The oil is made at Las Bardesas Plantation in Andalucía, southern Spain, pressed from only green olives that are rich in polyphenol within 24 hours of their being picked. Under the special supervision of the global-minded olive oil authority Geronimo Diaz, this original blend was made specifically with the Japanese palate in mind. Furthermore, with the hopes that our customers would use it in their every day meals, blends that go well with seasonal ingredients, just like traditional Japanese food, are on offer. Also, Olive Heart was cleared by the EU Food Safety Association, EFSA, as a healthy olive oil that fights heart disease and aging of blood vessels, a rare honor for a Spanish olive oil. Olive Heart has been specifically crafted to help support the health of Japanese people through delicious and fun everyday meals.

Gave us our first opportunity to meet with Olive Heart. Tamiko was greatly moved by Olive Heart when she first tasted it in Spain. She had tried many different varieties of olive oil in her role as a sommelier, but it was her first experience with such a fresh, green, and fragrant oil, and she knew that it was a fateful meeting with Mr. Dias, who is so familiar with the tastes of Japanese people. Additionally, Olive heart was exactly the kind of healthy olive (recognized by EFSA) that we had been seeking. As such, with the strong desire to share it with Japanese families, work on adapting it for the market began three months later. Now, with the wish to "replace every oil on the Japanese dinner table with olive oil," Tamiko is working hard to promote Olive Heart throughout the country.
